We work closely with venue coordinators/managers to make sure your event is a success! We have open communication throughout the day and work together to make sure that everything is running on track. We also work together to field guests requests and make sure that the venue guidelines are being followed by vendors.
Ultimately though, venue coordinators are responsible for venue related items (such as unlocking facilities, climate control, adjusting lighting, maintenance issues, catering kitchen use, setting up tables and chairs to match floor plan specifications, enforcing venue rules and more). The TLV Team has different responsibilities which are outlined in our packages.
We can't wait to check more venues off of our venue bucket list! We include a venue walkthrough with all packages so we are always up to speed on the ins and outs of a venue prior to working at it. Working at a new place just keeps things exciting for us!
Sort of! Our closest package is called Month of Coordination. It encompasses much more than a traditional Day of Coordination offering. Quite frankly, if we showed up on wedding day without meeting prior, we would be lost. Our preplanning allows us to be prepared and ready to execute a flawless event from start to finish.
Yes - our passports are ready!! We are no stranger to staying in a hotel for an entire wedding weekend or week. Travel does our hearts good and we'd love to go along with you! Special rates/discounts apply to those getting married in international locations!
We've planned with couples from all over! We are masters at video calls and time zone differences so even if you aren't local, that's no problem!
We pride ourselves on being honest and direct. We want to make your dreams a reality all while maintaining realistic expectations. Ultimately, you are in control of every single planning decision. Our job is to educate couples on the choices at hand and allow them to choose what works best!
On wedding day, we balance kindness with assertiveness (picture us wrangling tipsy groomsmen). We are calm and collected, yet efficient in our ability to get things done. You won’t have to worry about anything because we will take care of everything.
This depends on the package. But we typically work up to 12 hours. Generally, we are one of the first to arrive onsite and the last to leave.
We offer consulting services affectionately known as “planning power hours.” You are welcome to hire us for an hour at a time to pick our brains. Contact us to learn more.
All of our packages include set up and break down (with restrictions for heavy DIY events) but unfortunately, we don’t offer a set up/breakdown only service.
Yes! We love social events! It’s extra special when we get to plan a social event for a former client. Let us help you with all of life’s milestone moments!
Corporate events keep us creative! We specifically love to plan holiday parties but are happy to help with any event. We are also available for consulting.
