Our Process

step one

COnsultation

The first step is to do a complimentary consultation. During this time, we will chat about your wedding vision and details. We will also touch base on any vendors that might already be booked. Then we will review the package options to see which one would be the best fit.

step two

secure your wedding date

Once you decide on a package, we will send you an electronic proposal and contract to approve and sign. The first deposit will also be due. Once both are complete, your date is secure. Yay! That’s when the excitement begins! 

step three

planning meetings

After you’ve secured your date, it’s time to get to work! Planning meetings vary depending on the package selected. All packages include at least one venue walkthrough to go over the final timeline, floor plans and more.

step four

wedding week

Prior to wedding week, we reach out to finalize all vendor information such as arrival times, vendor meals and more. Our main objective is to make sure that the timeline is agreeable for everyone. Once we reach wedding week, all vendors receive final copies of all documents. We also coordinate your ceremony rehearsal the day before (or a few days before) the wedding.
